The Angel And The Wedding Ring
In Jackson, Miss. Donnie has a new reason to be
thankful that he is married!
Polce say his wedding ring deflected a bullet and
probably saved his life!
Probably? Purposefully!
The ”Encounter” goes like this:
Two men walked into an Antique Market where
Donnie has a shop. They asked to see one of his
coin collections.
When he brought the collection out, one of the men
pulled out a gun and demanded money. A shot was
fired, just as Donnie threw up his left hand, and
his wedding ring deflected the bullet!
I can just visualize Donnie’s Guardian Angel standing
beside him, causally admiring the collection, with his
massive Angel’s hand positioned just under
Donnie’s wrist. That Guardian Angel knew exactly
when that trigger would be pulled, and he knew
the exact nano-second when he needed to
quickly push up Donnie’s wrist, positioning that
wedding ring right where the bullet would hit!
Instead of killing Donnie, the bullet went through two
of his fingers without severing the bone. A part of
the bullet broke off and is in his middle finger. The
other part is in his neck, lodged in the muscle tissue,
but it was not life-threatening!
His wife said she gives God all the credit! And I think
God surely said to that Guardian Angel, “Well done!”
